under the banner, Green magic for the last 6 years. Our Tree

Inspired by the overwhelming response of Green magic, we have
now set up Jungle Park Resorts, spread over an area of 15 acres
within Fintser Hills on the mountain top with its cool misty
air, rich vegetation and excellent ambience. Every care has
been taken to maintain the natural ambience of the rich surroundings.
Built in the traditional Kerala architecture with lots of openings
to the fragrant green outside, each cottage and villa is a marvel
of human creativity. In addition to the cozy cottages, villas,
the facilities include 36 cover restaurant, indoor recreation
hall, 75 seat conference hall, reception, lobby, administrative
office etc. and a very attractive open lobby called Charupaddy.
Jungle Park provides generator powered electricity and running
hot water. Facilities for out door games like shuttle, volleyball,
etc. are provided. Exploring natural wonders within Fintser
Hills include several trekking routes perennial streams, natural
wading pools, identification of the flora and fauna of Fintser
Hills etc. Those who would like to venture out, lots of outside
activities are arranged like near by Pookode Lake visit for
boating, visits to Edakkal Cave, Thirunelli Temple , Soojipara
water falls, Kuruva island, Ambalavayal tribal museum, local
community craft village etc. Authentic Ayurveda Rejurvation
treatment is available on request. Plantation tour for coffee,
pepper, tea and cardamom plantations and visit to tribal villages
can be arranged. Jungle Park intends to undertake pony trekking,
hill walk, elephant safari, night camping our famous Pannipara
Rock cliff very soon. Those who have fascination for wild life
sanctuary Wayanad Wild Life Sanctuary is only 50 Km from Jungle
Park. What makes Wayanad wild life sanctuary very unique is
its locational advantage. Located in the middle of Bandhipur
Tiger Reserve, Nager Hole Elephant sanctuary and Muthumala Wild
Life sanctuary, Wayanad Wild life sanctuary can lead to all
this sanctuaries. Jungle Safaries can be arranged with permission
from Forest Department. Mysore, 'the city of Palace' and Vrindavan
Gardens is only 140 Km from Jungle Park. Calicut city, the Capital
of erstwhile Zamorins, and the commercial capital of Malabar
region, itself is 1000 years old city with several historical
monuments. Calicut is 68 Km away from Jungle Park Resorts and
has an International Airport and Railway Station, connecting
all major cities of India. Three national High Ways criss cross
Calicut. N.H. 17 - Bombay - Trichur, N.H. 212 - Calicut - Mysore,
N.H. 213 - Calicut - Coimbatore. In addition to 4 Tree Houses

in typical Kerala style, the reception area, manned by trained
professionals, reflects the warmth of traditional North Kerala
hospitality Charu Paddy: This is for the guests to enjoy
full ambience of the fragrant tropical rainforest. Charu Paddy
is designed as an open lobby with traditional Kerala style
wooden seats. This aids guest interaction.

Spice Bowl: The multi- specialty restaurant is built in traditional
Kerala style with tiled roof and wood. The restaurant faces
the natural lake, commanding exciting view through its glass
windows .Cuisine served here is varied and exciting. It includes
authentic Kerala food specially Malabar dishes, basic Continental
food, North Indian dishes and Chinese dishes.

Villa Rooms All the villa rooms
have tiled roofs with wooden paneling, furnished in traditional
Kerala style.

walls on three side affording a panoramic view of the valley.
There is a private garden as well as a traditional Kerala
courtyard besides a separate living hall, kitchenette, spacious

side glass wall having valley view along with a private
garden.
- Honey Moon Cottage (1 No -1000 Sq. Ft.): Independent villa
with one bedroom, spacious living area, kitchenette, valley
view, spacious verandah, over looking majestic tropical
rain forest.
- Row house Cottages: (8 Nos. 400 Sq Ft.): Spacious tiled
roof cottages with wooden paneling, set in traditional Kerala
style. bedroom with separate sit-out area overlooking majestic
tropical rain forests.
- Tree House (4 Nos.): Erected with biodegradable materials
used by tribal dwellers, these huts with thatched roofs
are built on live trees at the height of approximately 80
feet and 90 feet. Each unit consist of one bedroom with
attached bathroom, with running cold water facility, European
style toilet with shower. Each tree has a 2 Storey house
and is lit softly using lanterns.
- Access to the first tree house , situated on the stream
side near the jungle cottages , is by a water counter weight
lift. Access to Tree House No. 2 , situated between jungle
cottages and jungle park resort, (distance from jungle park
resort is approximately 600mts) is by a rope bridge , All
tree houses command excellent tropical rain forest view.
- Jungle Cottages (5 Nos.): situated facing the jungle stream
has one bedroom, one sit- out facing the stream , one spacious
European bathroom and one open bathroom.
Food to jungle cottages is served from stream- side -restaurant
with 12 seating capacity.

Activities: Traditional Swings, hammock, shuttle court,
volleyball court, etc are available at the resort. Trekking,
sightseeing, Bird watching, Stream Bath, Elephant safari,
horse ride, trekking to tribal village, Herbal garden, boating
facility, floriculture farm and horticulture farm are some
of the areas where you can spend your leisure time. On the
anvil is also an aviary for native and migratory birds Wayanad
wildlife sanctuary Pazhassi tomb, Kuravadweep, Nagarhole wildlife
sanctuary, Pakshipathalam bird sanctuary, Edakkal caves, Papanasini
river, Tusharagiri waterfall, Chembara peak, Meenmutty falls,
Bandipur tiger reserve, Pookode lake and Thirunelli temple,
among other tourist destinations, are situated around the
Jungle Park Resorts, a tour to which
will add to your experience as a tourist.
Indoor Activities: Akathalam
- The indoor Recreation hall, constructed and furnished in
traditional Kerala architecture, provides indoor recreation
games such as chess, caroms, playing cards etc.. Situated
in the main building ,and strategically connected through
an open veranda to the reception and restaurant area, this
recreation hall provides excellent socializing opportunities.
