powders of medicinal herb's are prepared and tied in cotton
bags and gently heated in medicated oil. this is the applied
over the body in rhythmic massage and is done continuously for
45 mins to 1 hrs. it is most effective in muscle wasting, paralysis,
and rheumatic complaints.
Karpasa
Kizhi : Boluses prepared with the seed of karpasam and
coconut applied to the whole body after warming in hot medicated

Vasthi
