& Conditions: Farm Trekking, Swimming pool, Coffee /
Tea, Sunset cruise and other activities on the farm are free
with Home Stay. Price does not include hiring of boats, vehicles
and other services outside the farm. The tariff does not include
airport / railway station transfer or transfer to or from any
other places. But same may be considered on prior request at
extra cost. Notice of cancellations (Written only) One month
prior: Full refund. No show: No refund. Half payment in advance
