Illam and Mana -"The Illam" and Mana, are traditional houses,with exquisitely carved pillars, buttresses and doors. Each house has two bedrooms, one being deluxe with a living room and the other an ordinary room rented separately. Nalukettu : "The Nalukettu" is the reconstruction of a traditional, tharavad house, with four wings and a central courtyard.Each wings forms an independent house like "Illam".

Arappura/Tharavadu : A traditional Kerala house with one deluxe and one ordinaryaccomodation. The wood based house.

Ordinary Cottages : Round stone or brick built thatched villas with attached toilet and bathroom.
All rooms are ensuite bath, properly ventilated with fan, hot water and phones.Deluxe and Kerala rooms are provided with refrigerators.

Mini Cottages : Round villas thatched and built of bricks vis-à-vis the ocean. They are provided with common toilet.

Jeeva : A Kerala house with two bedrooms rented separately situated on the slopes to the beach amidst verdant coconut grooves.
