The package rates vary according to the types of accommodation

can be paid directly at the resort. We have four types of cottages
built in such a way to cater to different types of clients. |

The Luxury Suites are spacious
and tastefully furnished with all the modern amenities such
as TV with satellite channels, refrigerator, telephone, a/c
and private bath rooms with 24 hrs hot and cold water. It has
a separate dining area. It has a separate living room and a
group of 4 can use this suite as it has two separate bed rooms
and a spacious verandahs to enjoy the beautiful landscape and
garden.
The Standard Suites are spacious
and tastefully furnished and well equipped with all the modern
facilities including a/c, TV with satellite channels, refrigerator,
telephone and private bath rooms with 24 hrs hot and cold water.
It has a separate living room and a dinning area two persons
can use this suite and a spacious verandah or balcony to enjoy
the garden.
The Economy Rooms are tastefully furnished with all
modern facilities such as TV with satellite channels, refrigerator,

We have two types of restaurants serving Indian, Chinese, continental
and tandoori. The culinary skills of experts has given us a
cuisine of great variety.
A/C Restaurant: We have a well furnished
a/c restaurant having a capacity of 20 covers. All types of
cuisines such as Indian, Chinese, continental and tandoori
delicacies are served with international standards.
Roof Top Open Air Sea View Restaurant: The
Roof Top Open Air Restaurant having a sea view is a guest
delight. It has a capacity of 50 covers, serves during dinner,
you can select from a wide choice of menu offered by us. Indian,
Chinese, continental and tandoori delicacies served with international
standards. you can have fresh lobsters, prawns, and crabs
which are prepared according to the guest demands.

| The Cuisines of Kerala is mildly flavored,
gently cooked and as certain genteel delicacy on the stomach.
A favorite breakfast dish is poottu, rice flour dough is laagered
with grated coconut and steamed in hollow bamboo cylinder. iddlis
and dosas are popular in Kerala. Kerala does have its own well
develop vegetarian cuisine. thorans, avial, olan, pachadi and
sambar are the common vegetarian dishes. Thorans are gravy-less
dishes of finely chopped boiled vegetables flavored with mustard
seed and lightly fried grated coconut. Aviyal is a mixed vegetables
gravy dish thickened with coconut and yogurt. Olan is also a
gravy dish made of ash gourd and dry beans flavored with coconut
milk. Pachadi is fairly thick sauce made of sugar, yogurt. Grated
coconut, mustard seed and spices. Sambar is a cross between
a sauce and a broth containing smashed lentils, cooked vegetables
and spices. Bananas are very popular in Kerala cuisine. Pradhaman
or payasam, porridge like sweets with a vermicelli or rice base,
cooked in milk and sugar or jiggery is another favorite dish. |

| Our special Ayurvedic center
" The Hermitage" which is attached to the resort offers
the best of Ayurvedic treatments and rejuvenation packages like
the special body massages with herbal oils and Ayurvedic treatments
with herbal medicines. this center is having a staff of highly
qualified physician and paramedical experts.
Kerala has a special type of Ayurvedic treatment . The system
of treatment is more effective as well. The special Kerala
treatments include Pizhichil, Navarakizhi, Dhara, Kizhi, Sirovasthi
and Udvarthanam etc.
Pizhichil: In this treatment, lukewarm herbal
oil applied all over the body by two to four tainted masseurs
in a special rhythmic way continuously for a period of 7 to
21 days. This treatment is very useful for all rheumatic diseases.
Navarakizhi: It is a process by which the
whole body or any specific part thereof is made to perspire
by the application of certain medical puddings externally
in the form of boluses tied up in muslin bag. this treatment
is for all types of rheumatism, pain in the joints, blood
pressure and certain kinds of skin diseases.
Dhara: In this process some herbal oils,
medicated milk, medicated butter milk etc are poured on the
forehead in a special method. This treatment is mainly for
insomnia, vita predominated diseases and mental tension.
Sirovasthi: Certain lukewarm herbal oils
are poured into a cap fitted on the head. This treatment is
highly effective for facial paralysis, dryness of nostrils,
mouth and throat, severe headaches, burning sensation to the
head and other vita originated diseases.
Udvarthanam: This is a typical massage with
herbal powders. This treatment is for the diseases like hemiplegia,
paralysis, obesity and certain rheumatic ailments.
Snehapanam: Medicated ghee is given internally
in a proportionally increased quantity. This treatment is
for osteoarthritis, sporadic, leukemia etc.
Kizhi: Herbal leaves and herbs or herbal
powders are applied to the whole body in boluses with hot
medicated oils. This treatment is for osteoarthritis with
swelling, spondilosis, sports injuries etc.
Rejuvenation Therapy: This treatment includes
yoga, meditation, body massage with hand and foot by medicated
oil, head massage and face massage with oil and cream, internal
rejuvenate medicines, medicated steam bath etc. This therapy
is to rejuvenate mind, body and soul, to tone up the skin,
to strengthen all systems so as to achieve ideal health and
longevity.
Yoga controls the body and the mind enable them to harmonize
with spirit. it was model to health human beings achieve a
higher stage of mind and body while Ayurveda deals with the
day to day affairs of human beings. The "yoga center"
at our resorts emphasizes on the principles of yoga, which
is proper dealing, proper exercising, proper breathing, proper
relaxation, positive thinking and meditation.

| Travel Facilities |

| One day tour to Cape
Comerin (Rs. 1350.00): This tour will take clients
for a full day trip to Kanyakumari. The southern tip of our
country and back to Kovalam on the same day on the way to cape.
First we can visit the Padmanabhapuram palace (Mondays closed)
a magnificent wooden palace constructed by the Travancore Maharajas
later proceed on to cape-see the southern tip of the country
and also the pilgrim center for the Hindus. Guest can also go
for a boating to visit the Vivekanada rock on the way back they
can visit Sucheendram.
One day trip to Ponmudi (Rs. 1200.00): This
is a nice hill station to Trivandrum it's a day trip can go
for shorter walks. The deer park in Ponmudi is also famous.
They can spend time till evening in the hill and back to the
hotel in the evening.
Half day trip to back waters in Thiruvallom (Rs.
1000.00): This is a shorter back water cruise near
to Trivandrum. In this tour the clients will be taken for
a ride in a non merchandized boat for about 2 hours to see
the typical village life of Kerala. During the cruise if they
can go for a short walk through the village to see a typical
Kerala House (Tharavadu)
Half Day City Sightseeing in Trivandrum (Rs. 600.00:
(4 Hrs) This is a half day tour in and around Trivandrum.
This is an ideal tour for the clients who want to know the
real Indian towns. In this trip you can see the Padmanabaswamy
temple, Horse palace-another magnificent wooden palace owned
by the Travancore Maharajas now converted as a museum, chalai
market and SMSM handicraft institute can also be visited in
this trip.
Full day sight seeing of Trivandrum (Rs. 1250.00)
(8 hrs): This is a full day tour in and around Trivandrum.
Trivandrum is a beautiful city where you can get a feeling
of Indian town. This trip covers Padmanabhaswamy temple. Horse
palace-another magnificent wooden palace owned by the Travancore
Maharajas now converted as a museum, Chalai market, SMSM handicraft
institute, Napier museum, art gallery and Veli tourist village.
NOTE: All the rates quoted are for non A/c cabs excluding
the parking and toll charges, entrance fee and guide charges.
Guides can be arranged on request. We can also do bookings
for flights, trains, hotels, houseboats or tree houses on
prior payment and request.
